I had just got my first camera, an OMD-EM10 Mk IV, and had been just playing around with it around the house. I was helping my girlfriend bake for her bake sale. She made a little Mickey with some excess dough with her cream puffs. On our break I decided to fiddle with my camera and play with the settings and take pictures of her treats and snapped this. I ate the Mickey shortly after hehe...

My neighbors house in silhouette. I over saturated a sunset sky color & increased contrast. The roof line peaked my interest, highlighted by that symbolic roof top antenna of this 1926 Sears and Roebuck house. My interpretation of that roof top antenna was how we recieved our news, entertainment and information back in the 1950's. I call this photo "I love Lucy." It's a statement of a simpler time when we raced home Monday nights, there with family, neighbors and friends laughing together!

I recently got a Godox LSD60 lighting tent for a focus stacking photo of a bee I found lying in my yard. That led to me grabbing some of my crystals with various objects, and this photo of a Chevron amethyst on a matcha whisk is a fav of mine from the still life session. This was taken with my Canon EOS 80D and EF 24-105mm f/4L IS lens.

Car washes, ground water reflections are abundant! This was done late in the afternoon when the warmth of ambient light was multi colorful. I found several photo opportunities, in this image a random individual happened by, their dark reflection blocked the reflective colors but it actually added to the surreal imagery. Originally showed up at Gouldsboro State Park at sunrise to get a backlit, misty shot of the island but when I got there, NO mist, and enough boats on the lake to walk across!Quickly decided to take a backroad to another favorite spot nearby, and slammed on the brakes as I was driving over a small bridge when I looked to the right and saw THIS scene. Finding it was sheer luck, but as always, just getting out there at first light is half the battle. Made this one standing right on the bridge.
